I wonder how can the game enter into lists:
- New games?
- Popular games?
- Best this month?
- Best this year?
- High Ranking Classics?
- Promoted games?

What is Featured Content? What are the conditions and prices?

The listings are pretty self explanatory. None of them are paid for except the "promoted games".

- New games?

Games that are just submitted get added to this area.

- Popular games?

Games that have high scores get added here.

- Best this month?

The games with the highest scores of the month.

- Best this year?

I'm not sure where that category is, but again, it would be the games with the highest score.

- High Ranking Classics?

Could be some formula for old submissions with high ratings.

What is Featured Content? What are the conditions and prices?

The featured games and movies on the front page get hand-picked by the staff. The only condition is that they like your work. A lot of times the game may not have a high score, but may just be unique or something so it would get featured.

Where can I read about advertising on the website?

There doesn't seem to be anyone specific in charge of advertising, so you can go ahead and PM Tom and ask about that.
