MMO with best talent tree

whats the game with the less straight forward talent tree? or the one with more combination options for those?
basically im looking for a game where not every character of the same class ends up with the same builds

Despite attempts, most MMO's with talent trees can be brought down to a numbers game. With enough time, effort and calculating you can tell which talents and which skills used correctly can equal the highest possible output.

The only outliers are you ability to execute the attacks in order and the enviornmental hazards that must be avoided which may potentially impact the attack rotation.

that kinda wasnt the question but its good you brought that up, i also meant to ask for a game which doesnt just have the same attack repeated 20 times with another name, but actually imaginative and different abilities
