I'd create an anarchy that actually works. Every once in a while there would be an incedent where one of the neighbouring worlds from other peoples minds would get involve. Me and a couple of people from my world would solve this incedent and afterwards I'd have tea with the owner of the other world.

And I'd create a girlfriend that loves me back.
