I don't know about you guys, but most days I suffer from mild to moderate constipation. It's quite distracting to sit in lecture and have your concentration constantly confounded by concurring constipation!
So boys and girls, how do you deal with your stubborn constipation?
I wake up 2 hours before class, take a hot shower, drink an espresso shot, two cups of tea, and I work out for 30mins, all of which usually does the trick.
