I don't know about you guys, but most days I suffer from mild to moderate constipation. It's quite distracting to sit in lecture and have your concentration constantly confounded by concurring constipation!
So boys and girls, how do you deal with your stubborn constipation?
I wake up 2 hours before class, take a hot shower, drink an espresso shot, two cups of tea, and I work out for 30mins, all of which usually does the trick.

You need more fiber. In some people acquiring a caffeine addiction and then not drinking coffee can cause constipation. So constipation is a lot of times linked to the lack of coffee your body is used to having. For me, when I drink coffee I'll have to poop very soon after.
Try eating lots of fruit. Fiber is key.
