I need someone to tutor me from the basic's right down to first person 3d. Anyone want to help?

Actually, I have 3 years of AS2 experience.

How much is the pay?

You can solve pretty much any problem you may have with AS3 by consulting the AS3 Language reference.

I made a tutorial specifically for people going from AS2 to AS3.
link in my signature, it's called "AS3, FD, and OOP the Right Way"
there's even a video for it.

Programming stuffs (tutorials and extras)

AS3 is extremely similar to AS2, you should be able to pick it up in under a week.
