I can't upload to the art portal anymore. I get an "error - " I cleared everything on my browser; tried again, same thing. Left it alone for 3 days tried again still get an error. Who can I talk too?

Im using chrome, I've also tried ie. Ill dl firefox and try. I read another post on the art forum; this couldn't be because I've been unscouted could it? (I don't even know where to check if you'er scouted or not).

If you check your art page you can see who scouted you at the bottom http://zakuga.newgrounds.com/art/
But that shouldn't affect whether or not you can upload art. That's really weird. I don't know what's wrong then. Sorry.

Were you ever able to upload the first one though? 'cuz you shouldn't be getting an error message unless your file is too big or something. Maybe try scaling it down a bit and let us know if that works.
