Saying the British army is the best at that time might be untrue. The German army was obviously better, since they caused so much shit by themselves. But the British army may be considered the best of the Allies.

The Swiss army never was in the thick of the action, dumbass. They are the classic examples of neutrals. They train hard, to defend themselves and maybe submit some troops for the UN's peacekeeping forces. THEY DO NOT INVADE ANYONE

Man you really got to learn more about WW2. Canada joined the war along with Britain in 1939, America joined in 1941 and Russia joined not long after Germany attacked them. So I think most of the fighting goes to British and Canadian forces since we were in for the long haul.

That right Britain and Canada really pulled together from the start and the U.S turned up late to take the glory.

nah but we have the biggest best airforce of them all. and we were so thankfull to the americans for blowing a few of them up and seeing as the iraq's had NO plains whatsoever we thank you the american army is obviouly the smartest!!

I think it's safe to say that at this point in time, we all have pretty kick ass armies. There are too many factors to consider, We all know how to fight. Let's hope no one has to prove themselves anytime soon.

Um right, not a single country can handle the sheer numbers of the USA airfoce much less the technology, have you seen the F-22, or the different variations of stealth in the F-117 and the B-2 bomber... who cares about WWII anyways, you got in first, and we got in because we got attacked, we didn't want to save your butt much less did you ask us for our help, we just wanted to shoot some people with pointy hats. Plus if you read your history real close after WWII ended this guys who were trained to shoot so well went home and started shooting african americans and starting race riots, so we had wanted to shoot some people for quite a while and just were looking for a good reason

Yeah, the strongest at sitting behind a wall, unloading a full magazine blindly, at what they think might be an enemy and then discovering it was just a bunch of civilians or allied troops. They killed more brits in Afghanistan than the Taleban fighters did (so the taleban were poorly equiped and had inferior numbers, but they were the enemy, so were actually trying to kill us)

Firstly, the queen does nothing with running the country.
