I love both those games quite a bit. I'd argue DK has a bit more content (lots of levels, lots of secrets, lots of hard), but Pikmin also has lots of DLC missions and a VS mode. If you've never played a Pikmin game before, go for Pikmin 3 so you know what you've been missing out on.

I recently got Trine 2 for my Wii U. I can't believe I never checked this game out before, it's goddamn fantastic!

Well I won't have any money for the E Store to get the DLC, so I guess I'll get DK:TF. Hopefully I'll be hooked for a while.

Here's an idea: Someone who has a Wii U and lives in Europe should buy a card that contains a code that allows you to add 50 euros to Nintendo eShop and give the code to me via PM. How's that?

Basically, if you have just bought a Wii U card from Gamestop or some other stores that allows you to add 50 euros to your Wii U wallet, scratch the code on the card and give it to me via PM. It's that simple really. Unless of course you really want to use it yourself.

I think he means nobody will do that because it's such a waste of money and a ridiculous request. Also Bobby, I went to get DK:TF or Pikmin 3 and got Mario Bros U. The one time they are out of stock.

I am almost at the last boss on DKC:TF. Looking forward to the ending.

I hate that. I also refuse to buy digitally, I like my game discs.

The last boss in Tropical Freeze is hard as balls. If you check the online records, an insanely small number of people have completed that level with gold in time attack.

Yeah, so, Gameboy advance games are on the Virtual console. Absolutely no publicity leading up to it. Advance Wars, M&L Superstar Saga, and Metroid Fusion. Good picks, maybe I'll get M&L at some point.

I know im a little late to this, but the hell? why arent these on the 3ds virtual console instead? Did they think that putting the past handheld console games on the current handheld console was gonna be a bad idea? cuz im pretty sure it'd be pretty justified....
Im not really complaining here, as I got most of the games they put up on the virtual console via ambassador program, im just really confused

Finally ordered MK8 and DKCTF, this is a good week. I checked what E3 had to offer and damn, Nintendo just threw games for every taste. I really liked the way that Devil's Third game looked, seems like something I'd enjoy.

So I got my copy of DKC TF, I'm enjoying the game so far, cleared the first island, rushed it but still cleared it. I must say, I'm fucking exploding my stereos with the first boss battle theme, my god, how do they do such amazing themes!?

I can't wait what else the game is offering.

Goddamn David Wise is back. That's how. I really, really enjoyed that game. Super challenging, and every level feels very distinct from the rest. Just wait until you reach the third island.

I sure do want to have one but all around the system is expensive nowadays... I sure hope they get some varieties in the system like 3rd parties like Ninja Gaiden or classics like MegaMan X3.

Get a Mario Kart 8 bundle and you get a free game. Your choice out of a pretty good selection. You would be eligible for the 10% back on all downloadable game purchases as well. I get your problem with the Virtual Console selection as well, it's somehow a step down from the Wii one somehow. They do have Gameboy Advance games though, and the indie games they have are very good. Runner 2, Trine 2, 1001 Spikes, and soon Shovel Knight.
