How can you tell if an account is still active? If the prize goes unclaimed, does it sit forever, or does it get donated to help Sandy victims?

The system is based on voting in the past month. Each day that you vote is like one entry in a hat, then a script runs through and randomly pulls out a name.

Cool, thanks! I always wondered how that worked. But every time I try to spy on you guys, you find my hidden cameras and take them into the Newgrounds bathrooms, and... well... yeah.
