this picture doesn't show if that's nail polish, it could be an anti-fungal ointment, it could be local pain cream for a broken toe, I don't think Chuck Liddell goes around with pink & black nail polish...

Nail polish remover is cheap and effective. You just soak some tissue or cotton with it and it dissolves the polish.
