Yes, they are still required. The group shot needs to be done by the 25th, but I am sure the avatars are needed earlier. I assume there will be another announcement clarifying this.

Yeah thanks, i think the idea and concept are good, but im not happy with the structure/values of the characters though.
The lower guy is holding a sack of gold in his hand, but it hard to see when upside down..

Yeah man, look up some references for the arms and the faces, otherwise it's looking pretty good! You could try adding something else around them to sort of tie the composition together.

Btw thanks for your critique, i took your advice and put a texture in to hopefully tie the composition together.
Didnt feel like changing the figures much, becuase i was at a point where i'd rather finish instead of changing more stuff.

Turkey, I don't want to be a dick since I know you are hard at work on this thing, but over the last two days, I can't get the damn thing to open past a blank white screen and with time sensitive medals, it's nagging me like an itch on my balls. Any chance of scaling the file down again? When Nae had it like that, things worked like a charm... :(

Honestly, I do find that pic slightly plain and simple went held up against the other pics. Do you reckon you could spruce it up a bit more with some extra decorations? Don't go crazy.

Sorry to bug whoever coded the flash, but my username is linked wrong in the flash. It's linked to "zombie-monkey" instead of just "zombiemonkey". Could someone fix that?

I would like to have 24 people in the Christmas Day pic, but I ain't going to force people to make one. It's up to you if you want to take part.
The avatars that have been uploaded so far have been fabulous, though, and I could probably compile a great festive greeting with these.

Also I have 18 finalised submissions, including VaguelyWonderful's and JamSession's (who later agreed to submit). That means I'm looking for 5-6 more submissions. From what I know, we've got WIPs from

which I might give a slight nudge to finish off (although I'll be sympathetic to Knoc, since he's told me of his situation).

That means I need about 3 pics to finish off the project. To those who are still interested in joining, but I haven't mentioned, it might be worth giving a shout to say you're still in.

I tried cutting down on the white time with the way the audio loads. Not sure what to do beyond that. I'll ask around.

Yeah, I was going to try to finish the other one I started for this though... since I have through the weekend now, right? If I don't get that done by Sunday, I'll go with the one I did for cards.
