No he didn't. Romney stated SEVERAL times, that he was going to leave taxes on wealthy untouched, and focus more on tax cuts for middle class and small business. Obama is the one who took almost a billion dollars from Medicare

Jesus christ. Health insurance is one of the least competitive markets ever. Healthcare and insurance markets are inefficient, unfair, and monopolistic.
