I think I might have thermophobia (an irrational fear of heat and warm stuff like fire etc), and when I was a kid I used to be scared of balloons. After googling a little I've found out that fear is globophobia, but I think it's normal for children to have irrational fears.

Just generally discuss phobias here if you want.
Which phobias do you have or know someone who have?

Hateophobia, for some reason people hate me for my opinions on madness and i dont like getting hated >.<

I have Globophobia. Fear of balloons.

wasps. fucking hate wasps.

Fear of the deep ocean and space.

The idea that there are hundreds of species in the deep oceans/rainforests/etc that we have yet to discover.

My phobias are medical equipment, being alone, castration, and decay.

Arachniphobia, but it's getting better.
Sphekophobia (fear of wasps, hornets, yellow-jackets and such)

And long ago when I was a little, LITTLE kid, my brother attached a Blacklight Bulb to his lamp, had it on for some time, and then told me to take it off the lamp, just to troll me. So I grabbed it with full palm and it burned the SHIT out of my hand...ever since then, I still have a lingering paranoia when I change a light bulb of getting burned if they had been on for a while. Knowing full-well that those particular blacklight bulbs get extra hot, I still flinch a little as I touch a light bulb that's been on.

Well I'm actually Entomophobia. I'M SCARED OF INSECTS! I cannot fucking take those little asses anymore! I've been afraid of them since I was a baby and will always be...

I have agoraphobia. People are out there in the world making names for themselves, but because I'm afraid of going outside, I just sit in my room, surf the internet, and masterbate. Spending life well.

Mildly afraid of heights and the dark because I'm a wimp.

I guess maelstroms and deep space. It would be scary as fuck to be floating out in space with your body just hanging out and looking at vast darkness.

I fear large bodies of water.
Thalassophobia: An excessive fear, or dread, of seas or oceans or other large bodies of water.

Spiders, and Aquatic Plants.
