Completed Swf Out Of Sync?! Help! 2012-11-03 23:10:53 Reply

This is getting annoying, my publish settings for both sounds have been set to "best" but the audio keeps getting blown off of sync. Towards the end its about a second and a half off, and its annoying. The Flash is only 3 scenes and 7,791 frames. I had the problem start about half way through the second scene, I don't know how to get a permanent fix. This is Flash CS3. I want my audience to get the best quality possible, and I've seen flash animations well over five minutes without this problem, PLEASE help.

In the publish settings change the audio stream to ADCPM, you may have to kick up the sample rate but it should stay synced throughout the flash. This will increase the file size of the .swf though.

Wow! It works, but there's this noticable cracking sound every now and again, is there a way to fix that?

Try upping the quality of the sample size and the hz.

If there is audio popping, From my experience with FLstudio that is caused from Underruns or basically your cpu can't handle the amount of data currently being executed.

the most noticible popping would occur during flash preview (hitting enter with the timeline in view)
Some popping might be in the test movie screen (control -> test movie)
But when It's rendered I think you should be fine if you have a good enough computer to handle it.
otherwise lower the quality of the audio (file -> publish settings -> audio (s) -> 90-128 kbps -> quality (fast)
