it is certainly not true. everyone who believed that for more than 5 seconds should shoot themselves in the head. the system that people measured time in the past was probably different from nowadays, and not many sources are credible. i believe that either the person who was alledgely born in 1677 was not Li, or they forgot the conversion factor.

also, confucius was 9 feet tall, according to some 'sources'. i think you can google that one as well.
