Honestly?
I dont think you will get that many submissions whit out giving away at least SOME stems, hell, even a midi file would do nicely.

*sigh* you're probably right, originally i wasn't planning a contest but I had no way of making stems because I hadn't saved the vocals to some, fault on my part but I still wanted a contest, I made a remix contest before and that worked out fine. At this point I may just use the two entries I liked.
