I was in FL 10 and opened up FL Keys and started typing on my keyboard and after 5 minutes I had a loop I liked but how can I transfer what I type on my regular keyboard to notes in the piano roll?

Click the record button, it will ask you "What would you like to record", click Automation and Score. Now the record button is colored,

Want to start, click Play, so here is 2 thing gonna happen:

1. When it plays, which mean it starts to record, you start typing. if you want to stop then click the recording button again. the

2. If you have Countdown enabled, it will count 4 times then start. The rest is same as number 1.

I suggest you have Metronome enabled to help you timing.

I mean '2 things' by either if one happens then other will not.

Also, it will not start recording if Play mode didn't start. For the Count down, it will not record on the Countdown moment.

I have that problem too, best not to use the countdown feature.
Open a new MIDI from the instrument panel and work from that.
