Hmm...I'll see if I can get a pumpkin carved this year.
But I'm not making any promises haha.

I would have tried entering that Newgrounds Audio Deathmatch thing, but I would have lost in the first round haha.

Mr. Fulp, you might be unaware of the devastation to British crops due to the torrential rain we've been having.

As such, pumpkins are either in short supply oR HAVE GONE UP IN PRICE?! How do you expect us to compete when we CAN'T BUY ANY PUMPKINS?

Sure, there's that Carve 'n' share game, but it's looked down upon by the elite of the real pumpkin carvers!

CAN WE NOT USE WATERMELONS INSTEAD?

For whatever reason, we've plenty of those.

I've tried attaching a picture of watermelon carving but the file sizes are too big, check some of dem bad boys out in Google images!

Extremely disappointed that Waterflame didn't win the deathmatch, Wanderer was epic. Although Venus was a good listen too. Can't wait to see the pumpkins!

These are my favorite NG contests. I'll post my pumpkin on the art portal, along with my last year's Alien Hominid. If I could get some scouts that would be awesome! Since I went a bit retro last year, I decided to go with something a little more recent. It's everyone's favorite lord of the flies.

Yeah, that song definitely had more charm than the winner in my opinion

In terms of pure acoustics, both top submissions sounded very 'blocky' due to their overly polished production and Newgrounds' compression algorithm, but at least Wanderer has the decency to pop out a little more at the edges and vary its percussive elements.. A distinguishing trait that the LOUDLY compressed progressive rock song couldn't flaunt so much. Uniqueness trumps a more emotive experience, I guess.

Also, capitalizing 'my' in your song's short description makes you look like a douchecanoe. Just saying, Waterflame.

alright guiz what should I carve this year? Got second place last year, first place the year before.. itd be nice to place again this year.. I pretty much only carve front-on faces and I like to carve lots and lots of teeth.. any ideas? I'm not quite sure what was most popular this year.. I could always demonize or zombify a popular flash this year..
