In a few days, I'll be 19, and for many years I've stopped giving a damn. I'm not really sure of the reason. I think for the first one or two birthdays I had in high school, I had a "party" with some friends and that was really lame. Perhaps I see it nowadays as just another year of being alive. I don't even want presents from anyone, especially my family. They usually get me stupid shit. Better to give me the dough than waste it on candy or some other piss.
Last 2 years I've just hung out with my friends like it was any other day but with a cake. Birthdays aren't a big deal for me.
Skaren bought me Gmod last year though <333

A birthday is a survival track record, and if you don't care much for it then you don't care about living. If people celebrate your birthday, that means they actually care about you staying alive and what not. And the parties are supposed to suck, your family is there and you don't drink in front of your family.
Birthdays are a symbolic thing and I don't care for those.
And I don't like "adult" beverages, either. Taste vile.
They're less important now to me than they once we're. My next birthday is my 23rd. I can't imagine anything special will happen unless someone chooses to throw me a surprise party, which I'd be grateful for, but I don't really come into my birthdays with big plans.

I still like my birthday. I don't understand how anyone couldn't. It's a day where everyone wants to be nice to you.
Yay, more jokes!

Do you remember that one night when we slept together beneath the stars and wept manly tears of love?
I remember every night with you <333333
Well, I'll be 27 and let me tell you, getting the family together for cake and presents is kind of lame. It's more of a kid thing I think.
The Bird of Hermes is my name, eating my wings to make me tame.
Well looks like I'm turning 19 in the next 5 months soon. But I don't really care about birthdays anymore because it's not an important day for one person (unless other people have the same birthday as me). Like my anut saids a few months back.
I stopped caring like at 16. I don't want a celebration or any presents.
Just give me a card and pretend like you give a shit
My last birthday was for my twenty-first birthday (earlier this month) and it was fucking fun as hell, as you might imagine.
Despite the fact that my future birthdays won't matter, I'll still have parties, they'll still be fun and I'll still get shit
so I'm looking forward to 22
I don't care for my birthday really at all anymore.
It's been one boring disappointment after another for as long as I can remember.....
No. Aging a complete number of years is not a notable event.

I usually go out to dinner with family. No real party, just kind of a little get-together and have a few drinks and such.
I stopped caring at around 16.
The parties when you're, say, 5, 6, etc to 10 are awesome.
I enjoy my own birthday parties, hang out with friends who share my interests, drink a bit. Cake.
I prefer the party to the presents.

I always get reminded as well.
Other than my 18th and 21st I haven't celebrated my birthday since I was like 10 or 11. My parents and my uncle still give me some money on my birthday, but other than that it's just like any other day really.
