That two part episode was meant to be the end of the series but Nick was like "no we can still milk this shit show for more money" and then they switched the writers.

Yeah it's an atrocity similar to that of Futurama's writer change after Adult Swim cancelled it and Comedy Central took it over. Comedy Central shouldn't be allowed near anything that's funny, they just turn it into complete shit.

I'll still watch it now and again, and sometimes the new episode give me a laugh or two, but I can't get over how cheaply animated it looks now, or how flanderized their personalities and voices have become.
