You can only post movies that are .swf or .mp4. Make sure what you're trying to submit isn't an .flv, .wmv, or something else.

And also, if you didn't create it, don't submit it. If you submit something you didn't make it will be removed.

Never knew VLC Media PLAYER is able to create flash movies.

It cant! I changed it from flash to VLC cus my flash stopped working

Well, as Jolly already said, you need to upload either a .swf or a .mp4.
VLC is just a media player, it has nothing to do with it.
