How accurate or realistic would you make it? (real world vs. pixelated, etc.)
And what kind of games would you play in it? (laser tag, paintball, hide & seek, etc.)

The entire Ark from the game Brink (basically a large floating city out in the ocean that is half high-class buildings, and half run-down slums). It being a somewhat realistic game, it would be realistic to real life as well, albeit much more colorful thanks to the game's unique art style. As for what to play there: airsoft wars all day, every day between the Security and the Resistance factions. Ceasefires will be called every Friday night for Poker Night.

A real-life Minecraft map, albeit in... high resolution. You can make any and every map from every game in existence; you could even make the entire Pillar of Autumn.
You'd never run out of space, or resources, because it would still be a procedurally generated world of cells inside the real world. It would also give quantum physicists a massive headache trying to explain :D

I'd love to just run around a real life version of Peach's Castle from Super Mario 64...

Dr. Wily's castle would be awesome for laser tag.
If not I would ask for the rooftops in mirrors edge.

The either mansion from the Resident Evil 1 remake, or Arkham Asylum from Batman: AA.
Both made to be 100% realistic, complete with Zombies/Lunatics.

The whole of the Bionis and Mechonis from Xenoblade (100% realistic)
I could go dirtbiking around the leg, caving through Tephra, sailing in Eryth sea, treking in Makna forest....
And after all that I could sit on the top of the head and admire the view.

Sonic Generations version of Green hill Zone and chemical plant except with a lot less abysses and deranged robots.

Half-Life (1):
Rebuild the office complex using real world stock materials (cinder blocks, ceiling tiles, etc.) and at a map scale of 16 game units = 1 foot (30cm).
Wolfenstein 3D:
Rebuild at a scale of 1 block = 8 feet (2.4 meters) on all sides, using stock sized bricks, wood planks and lights, but custom electrically-controlled steel doors and Nazi insignia.

I've always wanted an iconic map from TF2 to be made into a reality. A place where they entirely remade 2fort or Dustbowl and offer various games such as laser tag, paintball and such? That would be worth going to America or Japan alone.

Oh and these would pretty much be roller coaster rides or go-kart rides.

It would be the map of Fallout 3, and it would be realistic, but there would be no NPC's or creatures. Just empty and brown.
And what kind of games would you play in it? (laser tag, paintball, hide & seek, etc.)
Hide and seek.

If I ever become hilariously rich I'll recreate Special Stage Route 5 and Grand Valley Speedway from Gran Turismo. That would be pretty cool having either of those and a few favourite cars from it as well.

Ultimecia's Castle from Final Fantasy 8. I would so love to live in that. Only problem is some random jackass adventurers would come over and attempt to take my life at time to time.
