Hi. I'm kombo and i need a good orchestra like person who can:
1: Do this for free
2: Will be willing to have this in a big collab called Island Madness Part 2.
3. Has a skype
4: Younger than 20 years of age.

But seriously, there are plenty of highly skilled musicians way above 20. Limiting the age to less than 20 is stupid... and so is the rule that the composer has to have Skype.
Also... we need more details. You don't have any flash on your page, you have just one art piece that's frankly very very mediocre, and all you said is that you're looking for an 'orchestra-like person'. We're left in the dark on 90% of the details we need to know.
Do you want someone who can make orchestral? If so, what mood? Epic? Happy? Sad? Ambient? Do you have any screenshots of this Island Madness? Who's taking part in this collab? How far into the collab are you? Where are you submitting it? When? What's the collab about? How much music is needed? Are there any deadlines? What quality of music do you expect? Does it have to loop?
The list goes on. We need DETAILS.

There's a reason for that.... after entering a Skype call with him and the others in the project, I'm relatively sure everyone involved is 12...
