The Rn'R Hall of Fame is a joke. I don't even pay attention to most classic rock anymore, but there is so much influential material being tossed out the window to make way for bands that deserve none of this.
Where's Yes, for example. One of the most influential and talented prog rock bands on the planet?

They probably vote based on what they hear on shitty classic rock radio. If you give a band more of a listen than the same 4-6 hit songs, you'll find them to be a whole different band, with so much better music. Rush is a huge example of this.

Yeah, which sucks because Rush's best songs (imo) are there longer ones. And there are a lot...
If you have only heard Tom Sawyer and YYZ, you should listen to these.

The radio station I have been listening to has lately played Tom Sawyer, Limelight, The Spirit of Radio, and recently Freewill. I haven't heard any of the other ones, and I never really got into Rush that much (well, I simply never found a radio station or TV source that played Rush music before then...I had an unusual childhood).
Also, I think I am suffering and earworm infection from The Spirit of Radio.
