Hey, I have a history in the Art/movie portals, but now I want to start getting my literature out to the world! So, just saying hello to everyone.
I'll probably post lots of research papers. I do have some fiction I might post too, depending on how I like this medium.

Ultimately there is no one definitive purpose to this forum in regard to writing. Ekublai posted a thread specifically for helping with homework: http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/1318354
Poke around in there. As far as the rest of the forum is concerned, I would recommend sticking to creative writing. The big picture for this forum is to groom writers for creating new flash content. I don't think an animated research report would be very captivating.
That aside, welcome to the forum. It's not much to look at yet, but be sure to check out lit101.newgrounds.com for a bit more information on the forum. Given that you have a background in visual media, perhaps you can help expand that section with insight a writer could use to make their work more appealing to visual artists.
