So myself and SJD stumbled upon a Youtuber who takes songs from Newgrounds and uploads them to his Youtube.
I recommend you check out his videos to make sure you weren't affected.
If you were, simply mail him to remove or credit you properly.
I for example have requested he removed mine, still no sign of him doing it thought... -_-
Grr...Why do people take our stuff without asking or crediting...

I don't see a problem if your name is included, that's what creative commons mean doesn't it?
He is crediting the artists... and the videos aren't monetized.... What's the problem?

He has no obligation to remove your songs even if you demand it. Good job not reading the license that applies to works you submit to this site.

He is actually promoting your songs, you should be happy someone is saying your song is good. Also, he can do it. As long as he keeps your work as you submitted it, and doesn't change the name.

He didn't credit any of the people, but after SJD contacted him he corrected all the songs.
Its not a issue anymore, I just wasn't on NG in time to update the post :)
Stealing =/= promoting
he's just promoting the songs, and including all the original artists. in some cases, he even adds the facebook profile, so I don't see the problem here.

For Syztm's edification and delight: this YouTuber WAS technically stealing the songs, but after he was confronted about it, he posted the artists' information in the comments section, thus complying with the terms set forth by NewGrounds' Creative Commons license.
