What sucks about it is I can only play most games on medium graphics. Even half life 2. Does anybody have recommendations for good graphics cards?
Something that can handle most PC games on high settings maybe?
You're so retarded, not only do you have down syndrome, you have up, down, left, AND right syndrome.

I had the same issue when I bought my pc, all was fine except for the graphics card and power supply, but I fixed both easily. I bought a GeForce GTX 550ti which is a great graphics card for high quality performance at a good price, it isn't the best but it is cheap for what it does, and it does it well.
You will need to check the power supply also, as when I bought my new graphics card I needed to buy a new power supply for it as the current one was underpowered. The power supply is very cheap to get a fitting 500 watt or so power supply for £25, I wouldn't recommend using an advanced graphics card with 200 watt power since mine said it required 400 watts.

I'm running a 6870 at the minute, which other than being fucking massive and barely fitting into my machine where my old 4870 had plenty of room, it's fine.
Can't really recommend one without knowing the rest of your system, though.

Man I have a 6870 too, I thought all good video cads were that big. It fits in my case barely and all the power cables are squished around it. I had to move my Hard Drive too.
Depends if you have a desktop or notebook

original I am.
7750 pwns the 550 Ti, without needing an auxiliary power source (which usually means you can run it on a 200+ psu). Low-medium end NVIDIA cards suck.
Thanks for the help everyone. I'm going out Saturday to buy a new graphics card
