2 short animations feedback?

Hey guys long time no see. Used to make lots of flash video's when I was younger but got busy and recently got into it again.

I feel even though I haven't animated in 5 years I am better now then before (if you want to see old work watch the dbz one for a lol at awful). Anyway since I started again almost a week ago I did a little different style and have 2 animations (very short) and would like feedback on how bad they are and what you think I should improve.

The first one had a little too much movement. Maybe you could slow it down just a little. Other than that, it's pretty good. The second one was also nicely done, no complaints about it.
