I think this guys should play the part of Luis. They have the same rockin body.

Not even close. It wouldn't even be a live action movie.
-Tom, Luis, and the rest of the admins would voice act themselves, but they won't get more than a one liner.
-It'd be a half 3DCG, half 2D animated movie about the villain of a popular flash series who's tired of being the villain. So he hops around Newgrounds trying to be the hero of something.
-There'd be familiar faces like Pico (voiced by Samuel Vincent), Tankman (Voiced by Tom Kenny), the Knights (each voiced by one of the Mane Six), and a bunch of made up on the fly characters voiced by VAs no one cares about/heard of.
-Popular artists would make scenery chewing cameos with no actual relevance to the plot.
-The soundtrack would be generic licensed pop music and a few songs from the audio portal.

-Also the movie would be directed by a guy who's never been on NG.
