I am new to this forum so please redirect me to the thread about how to make them if there is one.

If not, how do you make them and what programmes do you need in order to create them?

Thanks.

You may try any versions of flash. They say Adobe Flash CS3 is good, but I personaly use Macromedia Flash 8, because it matters.

Right, is there a guide about how? I never used that programme before so I wish to start to learn how to use it.

Which programme should I use? There are quite a number of different programmes.

Any version of Flash you can get your hands on will work just fine. Newer versions have some bug fixes and extra features, but they pretty much all operate the same way. It's a bit expensive, but worth every penny.

There is not. And I can warn you from experience that attempting to find something cheap will only end in pain :{ I tried one called Anime Studio, and it was the most awful piece of software I ever installed on my computer. Flash is really just the best, and I can assure you that you'll be much more satisfied with the results if you choose to save up for it.

Not sure why it hasn't been mentioned yet, but there is a thirty day free trial of Adobe Flash CS6, the latest version. You can download it here.

Here's a list of animation software. You could try Powerbullet Presenter but I doubt it'll be very good for making a madness animation.

The one spoken about in this thread is Adobe Flash (which now goes by the name Animate CC - Adobe have free 30 day trials on all their products). Though there's a bunch of other programs you can find here, and old versions of Flash too if you prefer those (Flash 8 is still used by a lot of people here). Hope that helps!
