Who knows what else the guy could have done. He could have killed someone or have been transporting illegal goods. Or maybe both ore more. I mean we really have no idea now on what may have happened before he jacked that car.

how would someone steal a car and manage to drive it while he was on drugs? And then kill himself? I would have thought drugs would have made the guy more desperate to escape or fight back.

Wasn't there a similar incident a few years back where a man got out of his car, took off his pants, and then killed himself?

Yes but this one didn't involve less weirdness.

I'm not wanting to defend Fox News too much, but I have to say that there was little time to react when the guy shot himself.

How is this Fox News's fault? It's not like the guy telegraphed that he was going to shoot himself. They probably just figured he was going to hide in a bush or something. Oh well, one less druggy in the world.

Well, most people don't commit suicide over stealing a car. One less Raiders fan? Too soon?

Though it shows a suicide, surprisingly you don't see any blood splatter anywhere when the gun supposedly goes off, so you ain't really missing much.

Someone tell me what happened in the video.
I watch that shit over and over and over again. Self inflicted headshots fascinate me. I try pinpointing when they die. What happens. When their muscles go limp.

I dislike them. They have some useless news stories with their staff making idiotic comments meant to please the ignorant viewers.

As much as I don't really like Fox News...my reaction is, eh, shit happens. It's kinda bad, but there's worse on TV and video games anyway. Mistakes happen, whatever

I don't watch MSNBC at all, but CNN has had this happen before. News media always wants to be the first to report an interesting story, when they get a lead they chase it to the end. Often times multiple news sources will report on the same story.

I'm English. All I know about Fox News is second hand from American internet users usually complaining about the stations biasness. So no I didn't know who Shepard Smith is. Thank you for telling me who it was.

But then again he is a Raiders fan from what I saw.
Can't blame Raider fans for killing themselves.
Have you seen how bad they are?
They barely beat a depleted Pittsburgh Steelers squad at home by a field goal!
On no a bear!
