I used draw all the time back in middle/high school and then I lost interest. Anyway Im trying to get back into it even though Ive wasted time, I was never really good, does it just come naturally for some while others have to develop techniques, Im not sure how to continue.

It comes naturally for those who work really hard. I'd suggest you start studying anatomy anatomy and lightning etc.
So yeah, practice hard and you'll improve! Good luck! :)
It doesnt come naturally, it comes with hard work.
Just keep on drawing!
Me, Im trying to improve by doing fanarts and lots of referencing.
By copying this stuff, I seem to try to copy their style and add it to my own natural style or something.
So, just keep on drawing i guess.
