Who else here wakes up on a daily basis and, no matter how long you sleep, you wake up feeling like complete and utter shit?
This has always been the case with me; currently, this cup of black tea seems to be helping me at least somewhat. I'm not going to say that it's a major cause of concern just yet, as I'm under the impression this happens to most people. But, it's a pain in the ass to sleep for a solid eight to nine hours and wake up feeling worse than before I fell asleep.
I'm sure many of you are in the same position.
