Why is my Animation Lagging?

My animation is only about 4 seconds long, but when i play it through it lags on like... one frame specifically. i'm not sure why. i have no symbols, it's all FBF but it freezes for like... a half second longer on one frame.

Posting the .fla or at least a screenshot of flash showing the full timeline and the frame where the lag is occuring will help you get a response faster. I'm guessing the lag you're talking about is in the middle of the head turn right?

Yeah, in the beginning. And sorry, i can post it still if you want.

Is it on the same frame that the audio starts to play? Flash will sometimes freeze slightly when it plays the first sound. I fix this by placing a sound on the very first frame of the movie (end it on frame 2) and set it to no volume. This'll hide the freezing.
