How do I work this whatchamacallit?

I have a Zyopatite Death Ray and I dont know if I need a z-28b cog or a z-48fs-edition cog to work it. Any sugestions?

I woulf go with the x-467cSE cog, it has much better reviews.

But wouldnt that take out more than what I need? Unless I hold more countries hostage, I cant use that unless I have a 3-12 Exo-supressor system on my Death Ray.
