There's a lot of ignorant people in this thread who never tried weed and are talking out of their ass. I don't know how weed makes it hard to focus on music I think listening to music high is the most common thing to do and enhances your senses to the music. Also, weed doesn't make you hallucinate and no you don't have to smoke weed to enjoy music or make it better, so I don't get where these self-righteous people who never tried or are so proud they never have/will try weed come off. It's honestly not a big deal if you smoke weed or not so instead of bashing it even if you have or haven't tried it, either reply on topic or just don't read ya know?
Having said that, I honestly believe any music when you are high is good. I know that may sound dumb, but like I said, I find weed enhances my sense of hearing when I listen to music; I get more amused or lost in the music. I'm a metalhead and generally I'll listen to the usual music I listen to when I'm not smoking, but progressive rock is probably the best genre to listen to. Anything with complex song writing or technical music is my go to when I'm baked because I find listening to a talented guitarist play is so mesmerizing and relaxing.
