Nasty Roomies

Man, I'm so tired of all my roommates being nasty ass bitches. I mean I could put up with every dish in the house being dirty and all the girls leaving their hair in the shower drain.
But a week or two ago, when I got home from the hospital there were 3 bags of trash just hanging out in the kitchen where no one had taken out the trash, and then the little trashcans we have for FEMININE PRODUCTS were over flowing and there was nasty woman stuff on the floor, and every single dish in the house was scattered all over the kitchen.
I spoke with everyone and it stopped for a few days.
So, I decided to leave the kitchen trash to see if anyone might get it. It's just sat there. Today I get home, and someone has just got out a new bag and put it on the floor and started putting trash in it.
So I broke down and went to take out the trash, in which were maggots and then when I took the bag out of the can, the entire can was lined with mold, so now my trash can is outside soaking in bleach water.
Then when I went to watch TV there were chewed off fingernails laying on the couch.
I'm so fucking mad and fed up right now.

TL;DR My roomates are disgusting, I'm tired of being their bitch and picking up after them, what do?

Tell them to either shape up or move out. Be assertive about it.

my roommate has an extremely messy room but I don't have to look at it so I don't really care. Other than that he always cleans up after himself so I'm fine with it.

I keep my home clean, yet I do leave rubbish that accumulates over the week to take out together at one point, it is far better than taking out a bad every few days.

Best way? Treat them like children.

Snatch up an XBOX or something and hold it hostage. Lock the TV with a code and when they ask about it, say, "no videogames and no TV until you do your chores."

....then they will move out. :D

It's really hard to get people to clean up in a group setting like that. Sometimes it helps to divy up the chores, especially if there are some things some roommates don't mind doing. Like, maybe one of them doesn't mind sweeping or mopping, so they can do that every week. And then maybe there's the one who doesn't mind doing dishes, so they can do that each night and someone else can put them away. Really, you need to approach it from the mindset of "what do they want and how can that work together with what I want in order for everyone to be happy?" Saying to them "WHAT THE FUCK SOMEONE LEFT DIRTY DISHES IN THE SINK" is much less effective than saying "I know you guys really want to be able to use the dishes without having to wash someone else's first, the easiest way to ensure this is to wash your dirty dishes the same night you used them."

Admittedly, I'm not the best person to listen to. My solution when living with 6 people in the nastiest fucking place ever was just to exclusively order food out. When one of the bathrooms got too gross to tolerate I moved all my bathroom stuff to another one. At least my room was tolerably clean.

The only thing you can really do is keep on them about cleaning up. If they still don't want to clean up then you might have to find another place to stay. I just would be careful to make sure they don't gang up on you because you are trying to live in sanitary conditions.
