I'm not all too sure this is against the rules, but I just hit my unscouted limit and i could really use someone to scout me for art.

If you do I will make a comic dedicated to you with a link to your page. Please help?

Doesn't work like that.
If you've hit your scouting limit, and you haven't been scouted, it's because people don't think your work would look too impressive next to the big guys.

Delete your worst work, and keep trying.
