Well does anyone know where I can find any free software for animation and game making that can save as .jnlp? I've been looking and I found programs called Pivot and Stykz. However they can't save as .jnlp. I've been beating my head against the wall looking for a good program.

A quick look on Google found that the extension is used by Java. Therefore it you want to make games using this extension, you will need to use Java (free) and learn how to import pictures and use the Java 2D API. Since this is the flash forum, I suggest you either switch you specifications and use Flash to make games and animation (one of the best for doing both), or dive into the Java tutorials on their website.
