But seriously - I donated and I'm broke, so there's no excuse not to support Newgrounds as a site and as a community.
I'm poor.
Also, I don't use AdBlock, so not being a douche is sort of like supporting.

Tom, of course you have my support! I owe you guys for 12 years of free entertainment, after all!

I owe you some beers!
Done and done. NG is one of my all time favorite sites so of course I want to support it.

Supporting NG is a no-brainer.
Do it.
Or else you're kindof a dickhead.
Dunno how much good it'll do, but I put up a thread on my crew's forum. Some are kids, some aren't. Maybe one or two of them will decide to stop being such assholes for a day and shell out 25 bucks. Probably not, who knows?
When I saw that older games were being brought back to the "Game Front Page" it struck a fear in my heart. Support Purchase complete in hopes that the game portal can and will continue to be a waste of hours for me :)

Yeah this month has just been... Really sparse in terms of great games. Part of that is less people making games because they are trying other stuff like mobile... Part could be sponsorships becoming more exclusive... But NG needs to get back into the sponsorship game. TRYING.

Plus I'm not helping much by working on a console game... I really have to finish one of my unfinished web games. :(
Have you ever thought of putting a Full Page ad in the NYT tom? that would be great exposure since we have been in NYT lists before.

I'm clicking on ads, Tom.

That would cost $40,000... But if it brings us 1,600 supporters it would pay off. I WONDER.

That inst too effective than sharing links to animations hosted in Newgrounds using social pages
We need to spread content too, so more people enters in the website
I think it'd be cool if you just did subscription packages for certain better features. Like a customizable profile feature, stuff like that.

We're working on it!
Is it going to be worth contacting you regarding sponsorship over the next couple months, or should we look elsewhere (with a heavy heart) this time?

Fuck that, you owe me a beer truck.
Also, have you ever thought of creating NG as more of a logo, or a business ideal as well? As in, creating actual games for PC and supporting developers of those games, supporting the audio artists as well. You know? I mean like, signing the Audio Artists as Newgrounds Artists and releasing their albums and such and such, I don't know, just a thought.
I haven't been active on Newgrounds for ages, but damn! Without you guys I would have never taken up this whole flash stuff and wouldn't have ended up living the rockstar life* of a webdev freelancer. There you go <3**
*not living an actual rockstar life
**also, it'd be super-awesome if you could fix this "you're not coming from newgrounds.com" alertbox bug while using chrome ;*

Make sure you don't have httpS tacked to the beginning of the URL. It seems that once you've been on https://whatever.com, both chrome and firefox both default to that every time you enter the domain name into your browser.

You can always contact me when you have stuff up for sponsorship... I have gone through periods where I try not to look at stuff because it's like a gambler walking into a casino when he knows he can't afford it, but I try to keep on top of it.
not read past OP. probably get this when i'm paid in a couple of weeks, but some cool, easy to do bonus features, like a supporter's only forum, would be nice.

I'm certain that I drink more than enough of your beer during Pico Day and Eagles games, so lets call it even :D
and if we get 10,000 supporters, will that provide enough money to develop pico 2?

no, doesn't seem like that was it. maybe the problem is caused by chrome cropping the "http://"? (either that, or chrome is hiding from me that it tries to use https)
either way, i'll keep posting from firefox for now ;)
