Need Writing Partner 4 Series

Hello, i wasn't to sure on how to title this or whether to put this in the colab section or writing section. Anyways now that i have my bamboo drawing tab i have been wanting to do another Comic book related flash. Though instead of another mindless battle scene i wanted to do a short story. Mini series if you will. So this brings me to my dilemma. I have a story in mind that i want to tell. Its mostly like a what if kind of story. What if Batman wasn't ever against killing. There is a lot of possibilities with that idea i feel. If you feel this idea is not a good one or unoriginal please, i don't care to hear it. Im not asking for your thoughts on the idea simply looking for someone who KNOWS the Batman universe VERY well.

I read mostly Marvel... well %90 marvel really. Thats not to say i don't know anything about the Bats. Its just im not as familiar with him as i would be a Marvel character. Though i do know a good deal about Batman and his foes. And the only real DC comics i have read are mostly Batman stories. What i am looking for is someone who knows the Batman universe. Someone who is a good writer. Im not looking to make just an action series. I want story in there as well. I would like to maybe get on skype (chat on there since i don't have a mic or cam yet) and work out story details. Not just that but go over and see how things would be different. Would Alfred stick around if his master was out killing villains? Would there even be a batsignal? What kind of relationship would Commissioner Gordan and bats have (not a good one i know)? And lots more.
