Tired of all the âEU? Disable curly quotes in MS Word. This is what's causing all the âEU. Disabling curly quotes will also disable curled apostrophes. As for other characters showing up weird, like diacritics, I have no idea. This, however, seems to be a more prevalent issue. Despite posting it in a few threads, it's still an issue so... disseminate!
