No, there are not. Unless you mean to say that this message has caused you to create a new thought, which has come to be from the alteration of chemical signals to create a memory.

Depends on the person. There are some people to whom if you provide some solid and good arguments they will alter their opinion. However there are those douchebags (my father and my brother e.g) who believe their logic is always better, won't even try to think about your opinion and will get angry if you provide those good, solid arguments.
OP,she said no get over it.

There is this crazy drug in Colombia that makes people do whatever you say, but there is a high risk of killing them with it too if you use too much.

If you can manage to understand them on a deeper level, you could persuade in a way to do something.
It's not very "mind-controlling" like you want, but it's something.

Pretend you think low of their abilities and offer them mental assistance, degrade them and toy with them.

Psychology is a lie.
It's been proven by psychologists.

Psychology is the scientific study of observable patterns, behaviors, and thought processes of an organism gained through experimentation, natural observation, correlational study, and survey.
Pray tell, good sir, how has psychology been proven wrong? In what way has it been proven wrong? Actually, save it, you will just end up an incoherent wreck.
Back on topic. Sir, if you want to change someones mind, may i suggest reading up on argumentation? That might be more help then psychology itself, as psychology is a study, and the art of argumentation uses the results of that study to develope techniuques to ggive you an edge in a conversation. Also, having a proper, valid point helps too :P

Yeah it is, but also scary at the same time. If that becomes popular then lots of social occasions would probably be cancelled.

Stockholm works a treat, subliminal messaging cannot be used to get people to do things, but you can certainly suggest things to them. Supposedly, this has been disproved, but it is the basis for the illusion work of Derren Brown.
Then there is, of course, possession.

It's kind fo hard to explain but I'll try to simplify.
Tell somebody something you want him to think about when you do DAILY STUFF like shaking hands and such.
What you're doing is "injecting" thinking material into his brain without him noticing.
Try not to say it clearly or retarded.

I have taken numerous psychology classes and they have never mentioned anything like that. It's probably because it's most likely an unethical thing to do, so they don't teach it. You probably could do it, might want to go over to Wikipedia and check out brainwashing. Hmm...maybe I shouldn't have told you that. Well, whatever, just blame Wikipedia.

I agree with you, I meant cool in the sense of interesting to know about, I wouldn't want to even know there was scopolamine in my city.
You can put your worries to rest, I can't see any major demand being large enough when there are alternatives such as the date rape that are a little more safer, not nearly as intense, and much more widely available. Would be scary as shit if it was more widely available.

Yes. Stockholme syndrome, conditioning, etcetc.
there's lots of ways to make a person think differently.
if you want a way to do it physically, it's not going to be psychology. it'll be physics that helps you

Yes. There is a trick to increase the likelihood that one will grant you a favor, or agree to your want. The trick is to start out with a reasonable, but unusual request first. It needs to fit the situation, but it has to be odd.
The article above gives examples. But the point is that you're not only getting the foot in the door of having somebody else grant you a favor, but you're also lessening the shock of your actual request's forwardness.
I guess the best real-world application I can think of is picking up women. Or sales... buuuuut... boring.
