How to save NG?

I have an idea on how to save NG, and this is primarily assuming that people are leaving this site to migrate to Kongregate or the like, or that they never joined in the first place and instead joing Kong or the like instead.

Why not, for a limited amount of time, work with those sites to have a feature called "Migrate to NG" where you can create an account that is the same username on NG, (with duplicates being informed to the user prior) and copies over ALL our stats, after conversion, and then copies over your flash and the like (with permission)?

That way, more people would choose to sign up with both NG and Kong in very quick steps, and will come back to maintain their profile. Add to that the fact if the chat and other features are improved, then it would potentially increase monthly traffic.
