I recorded mine with a rock band mic man and I didn't even do any post noise cancellation (I should have)
You don't have to buy a $100+ mic to have good sound... it just means you will have a tad more in post.

Alright here it is, my first ever English...well... radio play really. It was hard to cut it down to 6 minutes and had to cut off dramatic moments here and there, but hey, I sure hope you like it!

were down to 34 hours before the deadline folks, still plenty of time to get your submissions finished, just watch out for those last minute tweaks
And a reminder, the deadline for submitting your entries is October 5th, 11:59PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
I hate to do this, but it looks like I'll have to bow out of this one. I can't seem to get my audio software to work right. Maybe next time...whenever that is.

I just tweaked mine at the last minute, but now I'm 100% happy with it. Critiques mean so much more when you give it your all. I urge everyone else to make sure you're completely happy with what you've provided before the deadline.
These judges are taking their own time to really listen to and critique your stuff. You don't want this kind of invaluable feedback to be wasted on things you already know.
