I'm sure I'll still be visiting the site every once and a while, but with the way my forum activity has been lately I doubt I'll be around this area of the site much at all.

Yeah it would be weird for older people giving the younger generation advise. Where they can come and experience a place with an open mind and be told their fucking stupid when they're acting like it. ZekeySpaceyLizard and MaestroRage are two people I owe a lot to for opening my eyes to a lot of things on this site, and to a lot of things in the real world.

I agree, I haven't been a regular in a long time, but that doesn't mean I don't check in from time to time.

Yeah, I've only just become regular again due to an abundance of spare time, but I've really missed the community. It's pretty surprising to see how many people are actually still active on here.
If you mean a generic "here" like "still alive", I would most certainly hope so.
If you mean "still on Newgrounds", sure, why not? If Tom and Wade see fit to keep it running, then stats still need to be managed, new users are always going to need help and the fight to keep the crap out of the portal will always be raging on.
So, yes, I think the answer to this question, in all respects, will be "YES"
See you in 2020!!!!
If the smoking, drug use, alcohol and generally being cocky to people who could probably kill me with a look hasn't finally finished me off then I think I'll be around, earning those daily 10 experience points and making photoshop threads. Which makes me wonder how far photoshop will have come in those 7 years.
I've already been here on Newgrounds for four years, and I hope I can still be here for awhile longer. I really want to create a good Flash series for this site in the near future, but I don't have the tools or time to put work into it right now.
Nothing short of seven flavors of awesome sauce... with some extra-violence glaze on the side!
Better question: will newgrounds be here in seven years?
I'm leaning towards no, or in a severely reduced form.
Hopefully newgrounds will die out before the end of this decade. And chances are high since this place has been slowly loosing relevancy since 2006.
