I'm cheating, I'm doing more exercises every day than 100 situps. And soon enough I'll be entering recruit training.
I'll still get naked and take periodical pictures here anyway.
1) $10,000 Mitt Romney money says none of you faggots know how to do a proper sit-up.
2) Even so, sit-ups are one of the worst exercises you can do for yourself physically. Sit-ups do not work out your core, but they test your core's endurance and strength. They also manage to fuck up your lower back in so many ways, but then again this is all taking into account that you do them in textbook fashion.
3) I do not use the term "faggot" as a derogatory term for men/women who suck dick/eat pussy, but for faggots and their faggotry such as "HEY HOW MANY SIT-UPS CAN YOU DO YEAH LOOK AT MY PRE-PUBESCENT HAPPY TRAIL I'M SO TOUGH!"
Took a pic from yesterday after doing 100 sit-ups. Oh yeah, I can feel the burn. Lol, I'll update in a week or two to compare the results.
I'd just like to add that I am cycling a good few miles everyday to go from my friend's flat to my other house.
Next update in about a week or two, let's see if this actually will do something. I might do a "100 press-up challenge" if it doesn't work.

I don't know why anyone would bother to use sit ups to get fit. There are much more effective ways to work your abs and to target all the muscles there.

Thanx ! Sit ups and variations of sit-ups are just basic ways to tone your abdominals, but I do various other exercises aswell; but I'm just broke rite now and can't afford a gym membership, but 24/7 Ghetto Fittness is always open and free of charge

I've been needing to do more ab workouts, this is simple but it won't hurt to do more ab workouts than I already do (which isn't that many). I'll post my before/after shit here in a few weeks.
