So I've decided to see how many days it will take different body types to see results from doing a certain amount of sit-ups per day.
Do you want to join in this experiment?
1) What you do is take a picture of your nasty-ass belly,
2) Do 100 sit-ups every single day (if not all at once then through the day),
3) Post results after a week or so, don't forget to log days that had less or more than 100.
You could take part in this, or just watch others to see if it's really worth it.
I don't expect many people to be interested unless there's results to show.
Here's my stomach at 14 & 19. As you can clearly see; I once had regular & slightly visible abs, now my gut looks like a sad sack of hairy shit. I think that this experiment might show results.
