ChOW #55- Executioner

For anyone that doesn't know what ChOW is, it stands for character of the week and it is a weekly art competition. There are no physical prizes it is just for fun and practice (and fame and glory). Anyone and everyone no matter of your skill level can participate...

This weeks theme is pretty self explanatory, its to design an executioner... a person who carries out a death sentence.

Rules:
- Humanoid creatures only
- Follow the topic (loosely if you want)
- Original characters only
- No old stuff... make new art!
- Put effort in!
- Have fun!

The deadline is September 3rd!!

Here's the second sketch. I'll have to do it over a couple more times to get everything right.
I reworked the character's armor and weapon and made room for the full wings to be within sight.

As raw as a concept can be, a little half assed, Can't say I did good but I learned how to do metal better so I'm happy.
