Is your flash player up to date? Also is does your computer meet the requirements to run a program like adobe flash?

How are you "testing it". Are you exporting it (ctrl + enter) or just playing it in flash (enter)? You should try exporting the video in different formats to see if the problem is with the tween or how you are viewing it. Also, as stated above, make sure your flash player is up to date.

Yeah, I'd have to agree with the posts above. Are there any other programs running? It could just be lagging.
